Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 19, 2026 · Last updated: May 19, 2026
Practeezy HR Consulting (“Practeezy,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or engage us for coaching or HR consulting services, how we use that information, with whom we share it, and the choices you have. We aim to be plain-spoken and short on jargon.
By using this website or engaging our services, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Practeezy HR Consulting is a sole proprietorship founded and operated by Cristine Figueroa, based in Miami, Florida, USA. Practeezy provides executive coaching, strengths-based coaching, career coaching, team-performance coaching, and HR consulting services to individuals and organizations.
You can reach us using the contact form at practeezy.com#contact, which is the most reliable way to start a conversation.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, topic of interest, and the content of your message.
- Engagement information — if you become a client, we collect information necessary to deliver coaching or consulting services, such as intake notes, goals and objectives, assessment results (e.g., Gallup CliftonStrengths reports if you share them), session notes, scheduling details, and any organizational information you choose to share.
- Billing information — if you purchase services, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers; we receive only the information necessary to confirm and reconcile the transaction (e.g., last four digits, transaction ID, billing name).
- Correspondence — any emails, messages, or documents you send us during an engagement.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Server logs — standard web-server access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, request URL, timestamp, referrer). These are kept for diagnostics and security and are not used for advertising profiles.
- Cookies and similar technologies — this website does not currently set non-essential cookies. If we add analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking in the future, we will update this policy and provide a consent mechanism before activating non-essential cookies.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries you submit through the contact form.
- To deliver coaching and consulting services you have engaged us for.
- To prepare materials for sessions, assessments, and follow-up.
- To send transactional emails (appointment confirmations, scheduling, invoices).
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- To improve our website, materials, and program offerings (in aggregate, non-identifying form).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes, ever.
4. Confidentiality of coaching and consulting
What you share in a coaching or consulting session is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose the content of your sessions, your identity as a client, or your assessment results to anyone without your written permission, except where we are required to do so by law (for example, valid subpoena, or a credible threat of imminent harm to self or others) or where you are participating in a group engagement that has its own disclosure rules made clear at the outset.
Confidentiality is treated as foundational to the work. If you have specific confidentiality requirements (e.g., as part of a corporate engagement), we will memorialize them in your engagement letter.
5. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK visitors)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR (or UK GDPR) to process your personal data:
- Consent — when you submit our contact form or opt in to communications.
- Contract — to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
- Legal obligation — for tax, accounting, and similar requirements.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve our website, in ways that do not override your rights.
6. Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate. They process personal information only on our instructions and under written agreements (where applicable):
- Bluehost — web hosting for practeezy.com.
- Workflow automation — contact-form submissions are received by a self-hosted workflow engine operated by our affiliate to route inquiries to our inbox.
- Email provider — transactional and reply emails are sent through a reputable SMTP provider.
- Calendar / scheduling tools — if you book a session, we use standard scheduling software which receives your name, email, and chosen time.
- Payment processor — if you make a payment, a PCI-compliant processor handles the transaction.
7. How long we keep your data
- General inquiries (contact-form submissions that do not lead to engagement): up to 24 months, after which we delete or anonymize them.
- Active clients: for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter to support follow-up and references.
- Records subject to tax/accounting law (invoices, payment records, agreements): retained for the minimum period required by applicable U.S. law (typically up to seven years).
- Marketing communications (if you opt in): until you unsubscribe, then we retain a minimal suppression record to honor your request.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request portability of information you provided.
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EEA/UK) or your state attorney general (U.S.).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the form at practeezy.com#contact. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and confirm any actions taken.
9. Children
This website and our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We protect your information with a combination of technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS/TLS on this website, access controls on our work tools, encryption at rest where supported by our providers, and limited internal access on a need-to-know basis. No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions and respond promptly if anything goes wrong.
11. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. and may be processed in other countries where our service providers operate. By using our services you understand that U.S. data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation, our website does not currently respond differently to that signal. We do not engage in cross-site tracking for advertising.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Effective date” at the top will be updated when we do. For material changes, we will use reasonable means to provide notice (such as a banner on this website or an email to active clients).
14. How to contact us
Questions about this policy, or about how we handle your information, should be sent through the contact form at practeezy.com#contact. We will respond as soon as practical.
