Terms of Service
Effective date: May 19, 2026 · Last updated: May 19, 2026
Welcome to Practeezy HR Consulting. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at practeezy.com and any services we provide.
Please read them carefully. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you engage Practeezy for paid services, a separate written engagement letter or statement of work will also apply and will control if anything conflicts with these Terms.
1. Who we are
“Practeezy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Practeezy HR Consulting, a sole proprietorship founded and operated by Cristine Figueroa, based in Miami, Florida, USA. “You” means the individual using this website or engaging our services, and the organization on whose behalf you are acting (if any).
2. Scope of services
Practeezy offers:
- Leadership and career coaching for individuals.
- Gallup CliftonStrengths-based coaching, for individuals and teams.
- Team-performance and conflict-resolution coaching.
- HR consulting (recruiting, hiring, policy, organizational design, conflict resolution).
- Workshops, group facilitation, and speaking engagements.
This website is informational. It is not a coaching agreement and does not create a coaching or consulting engagement. Engagements begin only when both parties sign a written engagement letter or statement of work and we have received any required deposit.
3. Not professional advice; what coaching is and is not
Important. Coaching is not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for any of those. HR consulting is not legal counsel. If you are experiencing a mental-health emergency, please contact emergency services (in the U.S., dial 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or a licensed professional.
Our coaching focuses on goal-setting, professional development, behavioral change, leadership skills, and the application of strengths-based frameworks. Our HR consulting is grounded in 20+ years of operational HR experience, not legal practice. For matters that require a licensed attorney, therapist, physician, or financial advisor, you should consult one. We are happy to coordinate with your other professionals when helpful.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 to use this website. You must be at least 18 to enter into a paid engagement with Practeezy. If you are engaging on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
5. Use of the website
You may browse, read, and share links to our public content. You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server, or any related systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the site at a volume that materially affects performance, except for well-behaved crawlers respecting
robots.txt. - Harvest email addresses or other contact information for unsolicited marketing.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the site.
- Misrepresent yourself or impersonate any person or organization.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images of Cristine Figueroa, logos, the Practeezy brand, and downloadable materials — is owned by Practeezy or used with permission and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may share links and brief excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the content without our prior written permission.
Frameworks and assessments developed by third parties (such as Gallup’s CliftonStrengths®) remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced or used under appropriate certification or license.
7. Testimonials and case examples
Testimonials and stories on this site reflect the genuine experience of specific clients. Names may be changed or shortened for privacy. Results vary from person to person and engagement to engagement. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes for you.
8. Third-party links and tools
The site may link to third-party resources or scheduling tools. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service’s terms.
9. Payments and cancellations
For paid engagements:
- Pricing, payment terms, and refund eligibility are set out in your engagement letter or statement of work.
- Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be charged in full, unless your engagement letter states otherwise.
- No-shows count as completed sessions for billing purposes, unless rescheduling has been pre-arranged.
- We may offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis.
10. Confidentiality (mutual)
We treat what you share in coaching or consulting as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy and your engagement letter. In return, you agree to keep confidential any non-public methodologies, materials, templates, or proprietary frameworks we share with you, and not to redistribute them.
11. Disclaimers
The website and our services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We make no guarantees about the specific outcomes you will achieve from coaching or consulting. Your results depend in large part on your commitment, follow-through, and circumstances outside our control.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Practeezy and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of this website is limited to USD $100. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (such as liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct).
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Practeezy and its founder from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your misuse of the website, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first try to resolve it informally through good-faith discussion. If informal resolution does not work within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts — except that either party may always bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” will reflect the latest version. If changes are material, we will use reasonable means to provide notice (such as a banner on this site or an email to active clients). Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Termination of a paid engagement is governed by your engagement letter.
17. Entire agreement; severability
These Terms (together with your engagement letter, if any, and the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Practeezy regarding the website and our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
18. How to reach us
